Is anything going to be done about a Tourist Information office for Bedford? When I visit a city the first thing I do is visit the TIO for information on walks, what’s on, bus times etc. and I have never been anywhere which has not had a TIO. What are people visiting Bedford supposed to do, there is nothing here. I accept that money has to be saved but the TIO must be one of the few areas which brings in probably as much if not more money from visitors as it costs to run it and I am ashamed when people ask about it and I have to say we don’t have one.

Message for our new MP.

As I was in discussions with Richard Fuller about local bus services. Can I please address this with you.

We are seeing increase in fares and services cut. Recently a Bedfordshire wide ticket went up in cost but Sunday and most evening services cut.

I know of someone with learning disabilities who lives on the Bedford to Luton route and now can’t leave his village on Sundays and bank holidays.

People working in social care as my wife did but when evening busses got cut she had to leave her job in Shefford.

What will you as MP do to stand up for the people of Bedford to help us get a better deal with bus services.

All direct contact with stagecoach fails and the council aren’t interested and say that it is nothing to do with them.

I among other residents are fed up of the secondary service they provide and I feel as it’s the only service they feel we will put up with it.

These two (mohammed yasin and mohammed masud) do absolutely NOTHING for any other Community and they make it obvious,I have seen it many many times over and over. They leak Council information to their own community (muslims) ie, when new houses are to be built in a new location within their wards, they put their own community people in there before anyone else knows about the homes, whereby preventing any other community residents getting a chance to move into new homes. If someone owns a home (and is not from their own community) they make a point of telling their community members, who try to force that person out of a BRITISH Country’s area so that they can purchase the property to rent out and this is particularly evident in the Queen’s Park Area!!!! They should not be allowed to do this someone in the Council (higher up) should keep any eye on them for inciting racism towards others communities and for trying to force people out of an area which is in BRITAIN no wonder problems like what happened in London last week, comes from such areas!

PERSONAL CONDOLENCES FOR HUSBAND OF JO COX M.P – BRENDAN COX

Brendan and all in Jo’s family

Reminded of an inscription on the walls of the Taj Mahal:

It reads thus: “Oh Lord, help us bear what we cannot forbear”. I did

not know her but I do now. I have been a lifelong Labour supporter, but I am a retired Pensioner – I live in London and was moved by the love and outpouring of grief she received. Brendan – the genuine warm person she was, she asked “My wish is for our beautiful children to be Bathed in Love”. What uniquely rich words of a mother. The Cox family – do just that.

May God be with you all -always and may all different faiths gather in solidarity.

I want to make contact as a Bangladeshi bedfordian I have noticed the Tory party winning my communities votes. To be frank, it has a lot to do with misunderstanding, members of my community have been encouraged to become active and Richard fuller who is a very nice man has won the hearts of my community, which is a shame as the party he represents is not the best party to be in power to say the least.

i want to volunteer and help and let my community – majority of whom are still in their first generations of being in thin country – I want them

To be well informed and not taken advantage of. Something which I think is happening.

To not agree to the extension of Sunday opening hours for businesses. Families only have one day to be together now that both parents needed to work to make ends meet. Sunday is the only day so families can have any meaningful time spend together. I believe that if we progress down this route then we will have more divorce and single parents with more strain on the country resources if you proceed down this path.

Also I would like to meet with Bedford councillors in at our church hall where you can hear the views of the people who have elected you.

Please let me know when you will be available to meet.

Very blessing

Hi,

My son, Amritpal Galsin, has been under the care of SEPT for a number of years now,

He is currently under the support of Dr Rajamani at Weller Wing in Bedford.

He has had a number of Care Co-Ordinators assigned to him over the years, more recently

Merlyn Mason who was very supportive for the past couple of years.

In previous years, my son struggled to get to terms with meetings with Care Co-Ordinators

But with Merlyn, as she explained the reasons, he was getting round the fact it was important

So he started to see Merlyn on a regular basis until last year when she was going on a course,

For a few months.

I have tried to contact her on her return but I am angered that without consulting us, the parents,

Amritpal has been removed from being under care and have been advised that if he still requires

The services, I have to go through Dr Rajamani again and re-apply for care services.

I think this is absolutely absurd that we were not notified and would like a full investigation

Into why ….. is this how the NHS / SEPT are reducing their patient numbers and looking good on stats ?

My son needs Care services, more so guidance for the future as far as Social care too, as he has

Not got a clue about money management, also due to his Autism, he is unable to make friends

Easily.

I have had to appeal for Amritpal going to college and am having to finance a lot myself on a

Low wage, sometimes struggling to cope.

My wife is struggling at home to look after Amritpal as he has anger issues which cause

Furniture to be tipped over at times at home.

This is proof that he needs some kind of care, if not SEPT then who else ….. The Government pledged

More to help Mental Health but it seems its not going to people who require it.

If something happened to us parents, who would Amritpal turn to for help …. He has already been sectioned once

Before and we do not wish this to happen again.

Please advise.

Dear Communications Officer,

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce D2D Distribution.

We provide quality door to door distribution services throughout the South East and can now offer solus distribution of your item for very reasonable rates inclusive of our satellite tracking ensuring that your item is going to its targeted market without wastage!

The key benefits of our satellite tracking system include;

- Snail-trail reports showing your items delivered.

- Missed properties flagged up once a road/ward had been completed – allowing instant resolution and eliminating non-deliveries.

We are familiar with your catchment area as have been distributing to it for over 10 years and believe that our efficiency, flexibility and dedicated work ethic will enable your newsletter to hit its target cost effectively.

We specialise in solus distribution and only at your instructions will we accept a shared distribution item.

It is our policy to employ permanent members of staff who are over 18 to ensure the highest possible standards are maintained with rigorous performance management standards.

Our work distributing primarily for councils allows us greater awareness of industry specific issues which will enable us to provide a leading distribution solution for your publication.

We would like you to give D2D the opportunity to demonstrate how our unique satellite tracking system works and how the system can improve the quality of your door to door distribution.

I look forward to hearing from you

Kind regards

I am a pro European who has just donated to support Labour and Ed’s policy of no referendum in 2017 if Labour win. There was an excellent labour pro European on yesterday’s World at One who said what needs repeating, Alex.
